hi there. this is king_rat which i think is pretty obvious but im just making sure you know

anyway, can somebody please tell me why my ability to create a new topic, send a private message, and i didnt try but my guess is my ability to even do a regular post is gone. also i was takin out of the top ten, and i cant sign on the first server, and pretty much everybody seems to hate me all of a sudden. can somebody please give me a reasonable explanation for this?
