VIRUS: you got part of an answer here... you seems to based you things on bear opinions which i am taking mines from my computer !

SPIDERMAN: too strong ? he's far from it, i mean that play like hell with him and i'm very good with him too. but never have i sucessfully defeated an opponent in one single blow. either have i seen an opponent killing me with one single move !

EXAMPLE:
does the same as you, but after 5 minutes neither of us has received even one single damage !

i do admit that lag has unconceivable effects sometimes, like that time where the second round just started the person gave me one stupid jump kick and my whole lifebar got sucked out to zero ! but that was a sinple BUG that hapenned to happen at that exact time !

no characters have one hit kill and none of them can do damage over 50% except in TAG-SUPER !
you cannot say this game need to be toned down cause of a stupid bug that hapenned cause of lag. it won't solve the problem and for me (which have always 500-1000 of ping) the game is pretty fine for me. but its thru that LAG did BUG me more then once, but i know it wasn't cause of the characters, it was lag who made the game bug a for a split second !

there is a difference and if tmyapp would give us the STATS of every single character moves, you would all know what i mean because you would see that the oopponent can and will never be able to kill in one single move, unless there is a major bug which still is a bug, not the character strenght !

SPIDERMAN isn't that strong, sometimes i have to pull out 10 times the ULTIMATE STINGS and i am the kind to mix up my moves.
WOLVERINE isn't all that strong either, a BB has never killed me after just one, it takes about 5 on me before i actually die, when you're being hit on your screen, YOU'RE BEING HIT !
same goes for all characters !

AGAIN, NO CHARACTER can do damage over 50% in one super, they even are all under that !

am i the only one that has no problem of lag even tho i have a lot of it ?
i doubt it... most of the users cannot even understand how spiderman is working. i say he's fine that way, but once he'll be toned down, you will brag about how useless he became, but it's actually you asked him to be that way !

you're a RYU USER, i don't like him, i dislike players that only HADOKENS here and there like yourself... do you see me brag about how strong his fusking hadoken comes out too fast one after another ? do you see me brag about how fast his POWER METER climg up fast by doing hadokens ! NO !!! then why are you bragging about a character that for once can rival with the ALMIGHTY shoto ?

spiderman need some tweaks, thats for sure, like all characters, but like onslaught, his DAMAGE are all ok right now. his speed will be diminished a little in the next update, certain actions can no longer be done for flying-like purpose (SPIDER-KICK) but again, all his moves are perfect right now.

it doesn't take skill to master him... sorry but i kick the butt of all NON-MASTERS of SPIDERMAN !
if you just throw WEB-BALLS all the time, i will kick your ass.
if you just web-kick and miss me, i will kick your ass.
if do MAXIMUM SPIDER on me, i will surely kick your ass !
if you do ULTIMATE STING, i will mostly dodge it and kick you ass

spiderman over all others need to have good startegies, why, because he lacks a lot of priorities !
example:
ryu MK vs SPIDEY LP, ryu wins
spiderman has very slow attacks, like normal attacks !
he has to rely on his specials to win cause in a bare hand fights, he will mostly gets beaten, he has to knock the opponent before going up close and then backing up again !

believe me, it takes a lot of skills to master a character !

hard to pull moves ?
i sure don't have trouble since i got my new computer !

you got an old computer like a 500mhz or something...
with an old DIN keyboard (big big round plug)

on that keayboard it is hard as hell to make a moves since it doesn't have that KEY detection like the new ones have !
if you got that computer then i tell you not to say such things about one opponent since i pass thru that stage too i can say that most of what you do is all related to your computer only, not to this game !

anyway... thing are going great right now, and the game is like balanced for me, i play a lot from time to time now, and still i see the difference ! seems there are no problem with the moves, only with the speed !
