I agree with Karma.Spiderman just doesn't have that problem either,it's all of the characters.But with me it's usually Wolverine.It doesn't really seem to be about a character's strength,to me,but rather about the glitches that occur while fighting.

And I would most likely say that if there was no lag,the top 6 would be (not only counting strength,but overall ability);

1.Chun-Li
2.Spiderman
3.Ryu
4.Wolverine
5.Cyclops
6.Sentinel

Just my opinion,though.
