I am really tired of ppl bicthin about helpers dont do this or not diong that right. You are not using them right Sprial is one of the best helpers, the problem is u are using her as a DEFENSE not counter . Not all helpers are used for counters or to get u out of bieng hit by your enemys super. Or even getting u out of the corner being beating by your enemy.
just look at my list

Doctor Doom: attacker
Juggernaught: attacker/counter
Hulk: attacker/counter
Blanka:attacker/counter
Spiral: counter/(can be used to attack)
Venom: attacker (slowspeed)
Psylocke: attacker/counter
Guile: attacker (slowspeed)
Sakura: attacker/counter
Shuma Gorath: attacker/counter
And if I do have sprial I use here like this.
