well !
trunks never made it to SSJ2 !
he overpassed level one, but like BROLI... he can go USSJ !
only GOHAN came to level two against cell !
and why i know this for a fact ?
because cell said it himself..
CELL:"you can't beat me by just powering up like trunks !"

that's how we know VEGETA and TRUNKS after ROSAT didn't made it to SSJ2 !
they only reached USSJ, which is basically near SSJ2 but not far enough !
