no, spidey is best....charge up to level 3 by using web balls, then jump and use 3 web sting hypers--the helpers travel right under spidey, and web sting does the most damage per second of any hyper (ie, it does the same damage, quicker)
To REALLY crush onslaught, use the onslaught code, and as your second character pick spidey. When you get to onslaught, call out spidey, and use your infinite super meter to web sting onslaught to death. Using this technique, onslaught can be beaten in appx. 8 seconds.
For a challenge, pick onslaught and ryu; if the computer gets any helper besides spiral, youre screwed. If the computer gets spiral, however, you can keep onslaught out the whole time. Try beating this scenario: you
