And Goku's Kamehameha has the ability to destroy earth after he completes training with Kaiousamma. When he's fighting Vegeta, Vegeta's Gyarikku-Ho had the ability to destroy earth, and Goku countered it with a Kaiouken x4 Kamehameha. Upon arriving on Namek, he could prolly destroy earth with a regular Kamehameha. At the end of DBZ, even a normal energy dan could do the job. Ryu's Shinkuu MIGHT compare to the Kamehameha that Goku used against Raditzu, but no higher than that."
