In addition to the post above this one, Dark Sakura is also selectable in the Arcade version of MSHvsSF. In the arcade version, you can select her by doing the following:
1)Put the curser over Ryu
2)hold start and move to Hulk then press right
3)hold right for 5 seconds, and press (While still holding start) Lp+Hp or for her alternate color Lk+Hk.

Just remember to hold start the whole time.
