first: you meant WEB SWING ?
second: like it has been said... it has been replaced by spider kick because web swing would cause more lag.
third: you can already SPIDERKICK to the other end of the screen, it is one of spidey most usefull tactic !
i know, i use it a lot ! and it works all the time.
