Listen the only reason spiderman seems unbeatable online is because TMyApp made one critical mistake.

Foolish...M.Bison isn't the best solution to Spiderman,but Dalhsim is(Sorry for spelling).He also teleports and his air grab special counters the "Maxium Spider"(In the air).
