uh.... not really
xbox does not rival the PS2 in games at all. getting close tho.
PS2 has
stuff like:
final fantasy 10
GTA3 and Vice City
Kingdom Hearts
A whole lot of anime games which aren't avaliable for GC or XBox.

Guilty Gear XX
Devil May Cry 2
Onimusha 2
Final Fantasy X2
KOF 2002
Thievieus Racconaus
GC and XBox have a lot of differen't good games too, but PS2 have more of them.
