First off, if you don't know HTML, you're going to need a good web editor, in that case... I don't know what's on the market, I've known HTML for years, and don't know the editors out there today.
If you don't know HTML do a web search on free web editors on google or something

As for hosting, what website have you selected?

Also, what's the subject of your page?
