It depends:

If you still like her: try and find out why she wants to break up, and if it's because something YOU did, apologize and try to make it right. If she doesn't forgive you, at least apologize again, so you part on good terms (and so she won't tell all her hot friends that yer a dick)

If you hate her guts: As soon as possible, go out and start hanging out with another hot chick, and make sure you and the new hot chick hang out in areas where yer ex is sure to spot you, just to make her jealous that you hit the rebound before she did, and that you can live without her[/quote]
