TarkanX was indeed banned, and the only reason I can think of, is the topic that he made (now deleted) ranting over the stupidity of "#####" (specific ones though, that he did not mention the names of). Although, I believe Asshole said that he was the one that did it through Tarkan's name, and I'm going to find out for sure.
