Asshole: Yes you did it right...and NO none of those files are important....I delete all of them everytime...i got no problems.
The program is just scanning for "spy ware" and notifies you of them.
You have an option to "Select All"...( right click any file )
then delete 'em. ( that should save ya some clicking )

It is a good idea to take their walk through.

Run the program 2 times...then reboot your computer.
Run the program again.

"Some" spyware is "sticky" and replicates it's self.
IF the Ad Aware program finds more files after you reboot.
Scrutinize the files...figure out their origin and what they are refering to.
You'll have to manualy find and remove the "mother file"
THAT can be a pain in the ass....I have had to do it before...with NO instructions!

So MAKE SURE you "have a clue" whatcha doing.
