well...
like i said, no need to tweak him, unless all the person you're gonna fight are VIPs and MODS which isn't really asking for fights !
we always never see them online, we almost never see a VIP or mod getting a real fihgt and we certainly never really be able to fight them because they have so much things to do !
so why bothering in changing what doesn't need to be changed ?
BTW, why tweaking spiderman when wolverine gives more damage then him ?
i don't see you asking to change him !
