It has to be: Street Fighter II.

That's my all time fav. but I have some other favs too thou...

NES: Any Old mario
SNES: Street Fighter II
Gameboy: Donkey Kong
Sega Genesis: Sonic
Sega Saturn: There was a game similar to SF.
PSX: Metal Gear Solid!!
Nintendo 64: Mario Kart(something like that)
DreamCast: Crazy Taxi
PS2: Gran Turismo or Capcom vs SNK2
X-BoX: Nothing...
GameCube: Nothing...
