you can also download phpbb, then when you find somewhere to host the forum (whatever you do dont use tripod cos its really slow)then you have to move all the files to the ftp server(i think thats what its called)then go to the adress your going to use and install the forum then its just a case of creating all the sections and installing any hacks that you want
