** STRENGH TEST **
SPIDERMAN = lift 2 tons
SUPERMAN = lift 1000 tons

** STAMINA TEST **
SPIDERMAN = kill by any bullets from normal guns
SUPERMAN = bullets rebound of his skin

** INTELLIGENCE TEST **
SPIDERMAN = a great scientist
SUPERMAN = a good scientist

** WEAK POINTS **
SPIDERMAN = has to rely on web fluid to swing, is affected by gravity, is a normal human that can be drowned or burned or kill by anything ahuman can be with !
SUPERMAN = kryptonites

** SUPER POWERS **
SPIDERMAN = can WEB SWING like tarzan, is 2 tons strong, has above normal stamina, can crawl on walls !
SUPERMAN = can fly, is 1000 tons strong, has lots of times above human stamina, can live in outer space, is lightining fast, is almost not killable by anything a human would be with !

with that said...
i think SPIDERMAN doesn't stand a very single chance !

EDIT:
symbiotes spiderman is exactly the same except he is more BRUTAL, has unlimited web fluid and is alittle stronger but not by much. even with the symbiotes, he cannot win against the man of steel !

spiderman unlimited ?
that future freak ?
sorry to disappoint, but...
- better armor, but a bullet can still pass thru !
- stronger cause of his armor, still cannot lift more then 5 tons
- still can be killed by any human weapons
- still have to WEB SWING
- even with his new, STEALTH CAMOUFLAGE thing, he would be killed to easily !
