The sky is blue because, simply put, of dust particles all around in the sky, and cause the light from the sun to scatter, creating different colors.

Dogs CAN talk, it's just that we haven't established communication with them yet, or they just don't want to use more of their brain then they need to so they can learn human languages.

Coolplayer has to ask you that question because it's been bugging him for a little while. (I'm guessing for this one.)
