i mean the guy is coming here, tell you he is SNAKE and you believe him ?
i'm gonna need some proof to accept that !
banning is IP based, meaning he cannot join back under a new name because his computer got banned !
unl;ess he can easily change the IP his ISP gave him (which is currently not possible) there is no way he can be back here under a new name.
