Though the character builds meter the fastest, doesn't mean that they are the best. For example, Sentinel builds meter the fastest, yet he is a bad character, he has a bad super due to the lag time when he's about to do it, and when the super opens up, it's ready to get nailed by a faster beam super.

Ranking supers in the game:

Shinkuu Hadouken
Mega optic blast

Senretsukyaku(Chunli's kick super)

Killer Instinct(healing super)

The reason I put that line is because the bottom supers are just put worthless, never use them. Even if you are Sentinel, and since that's your only super, don't use it unless you have it in you that it'll connect. BBX is a super that can't really be connected, it can be comboed into which is deadly, since the BBX can take off as much as 3/4 of your life. That's why when people play against Wolverine, they jump a lot.
