Flame is a female assasin. She resides in the darkest regions of Shanghai and although unknown to the Shadaloo, she helps them out. Growing up, Flame`s family was extremely poor. Her mother and father often worried that she would grow up as a rebel. And they were right. Flame always skipped school, and even on one of the rare days that she DID go to school (to spit gum on the cheerleaders' heads) she got suspended for one thing or the other. Her teachers were depressed for her. But Flame paid no attention at all. She would keep on doing her job. Flame`s sister, Restrictor, would also get suspened--for flirting with the principal.
About 5 yrs after she nearly failed high school, Flame went to the USA to find herself. She ended up discovering her flame-throwing and spitting and bursting powers, while Restrict found her excellent martial arts' skills.
