X-men 2 is due in theaters May 2, 2003 with more action then the first one. It is said that X-men lovers can expect a third X-men movie.

Wolverine, Storm, & Jean Grey return to the academy and find out its being broken into by General William Stryker to root out all of the mutants secrets of the past.
Colossus joins the crew of X-men and is supposedly an "important" part of the X-men area. Pyro also joins the crew.
Iceman gets further introduced into the movie and is suppose to work with Rogue.
Lady Deathstrtke comes into play in the new movie. She and Wolverine are not friends but are continuouse enemies.
Magneto is tired of his plastic cage so he kills a security guard and escapes only if he can find the right "habitrail."
