It is the way u use the word nigga. The whites used it in hate of our race and negro is like the spainsh form of black. But still it was a low dirty word to call blacks just because of thier skin color. ??? And is a raciest term, and if a white guy called a black person that they would jump on him for bieng raciest(coming from non blacks). Now in todays it is change around we use the word we hated but i guess we got used to it.

Dats not true though!cuz in The Wash snoop and dre were like we gon killa dat nigga and da white guys like dats right and they were bout to kill him!so basically whites can use it wit luv too jus blacks wouldn't understand dat
