give us way more detail then this or you're gonna have to lose this tourney.
meaning, just knowing our names isn't enough, you'll have to PM, EMAIL, TELEPHONE (joking) just to be sure everyone will be there. a tourney shouldn't be taken easily !

here is what is important to know for each person...
NAME:
E-MAIL:
MSN/AOL/ICQ (if no e-mail)
TIME ZONE: (important if you give a time/date to fight, or some will not be there)
authorised SERVERS: (meaning some of us cannot use some servers to play. you'll have to work something for them)

that's the basic of every tourney.
you will have more then 50 people that will join but only 25 will show up.
do your best not to be in that number.

for my part i hope you tourney goe's well !
for the "how can you know, you never made a tourney !" just look at my registration date and see how much tourney i have seen failed just because they were not even well thought !

the SOF tourney was way more official then this one but still failed cause of missing people who didn't even show up !
do your best and try to remember that a tourney isn't as easy as just saying a time and HOPE people will be there !

saying saturday isn't all that, i have to know at exactly which hour should i be there !
