Punker_Dude: 2 things...

1st, if you're going to have a banner, or an image you use every time you make a post... put it in your sig. This is a forum rule, if you don't comply with it, you will be banned.

2nd... if you want to know how to make a banner, Try this topic or asking the people who made it/post in it.
