as the computer tech i am suppose to be, i will try and help you out with this !

first: you must try and isolate the problem.
by asking yourself questions.
like this one...
"when the computer freeze, is it the whole computer or just the browser ?"
now you can find answers by just knowing that.
here are some...
- if it's just the browser...
-- Check to see if it's the latest VERSION of that browser. example: you use IE5.5 then get to 6.0 and there is 10% chance that it will solve your problem
-- Check to see if you have the LATEST SHOCKWAVE Version. 25% that it's because of that !
-- Corrupted files, Clear up your cache (read the faq for that) and refresh the game. 50% that it's that !
-- LOW Memory, reboot your computer and retry to play. (5% chance)

that's it for the "if it's just your browser", now onto the "if it's the whole computer who freeze"
-- Check "ALL" your drivers to be sure they are to their latest.
-- Check to be sure you have directx X Latest
-- REINSTALL windows ! **
-- Format Completely and REINSTALL windows ! ***

** reinstalling windows can cause your windows to lose some data and is not recommended by itself unless you are missing some important files.
*** Formatting ERASE EVERY FILES on your computers, make sure you backup before doing so. but it's almost 95% chance of success !

now if everything fails then there is just no chance that you can play this game !
but with all that, i think you'll find the trouble and solves it !
