I couldnt fix the lines on the other background. I used the blur tool but had no luck...looked like crap. I use the polar filter again to create this background. Its not very good but my name shows up better. Maybe ill change the background totally but for now im tired and am gonna go to bed...lol.

Oh and btw how do you create the outlines on your characters? Like on Jean.
