To take a screen shot:

when the browser you want to take the screen shot of is the one selected, press Ctrl + PrtScrn (the PrtScrn button is right above the Insert key).

then go to Paint. To get to paint: Start, Programs, Accessories, then choose paint.

In paint, go to Edit, then choose paste. You should then see your screen shot. If not, you did something wrong.
