um he/she problably copied your name with a upper case i so in reality he/she would be (msk)Biossom and uh i dont think theres any rule against that..but there are measures against ppl who constantly use profanities in the servers.
Solid if you choose to have a lower case L or an uppercase i you will be open to that kind of cloning both the names on your current screen shot are open for that sort of thing. luckily for me I already protected both names.
