I say Rogue is the best on that list (except for Phoenix). I mean, look at her. She can fly. She has super strength. And she can absorb the life energy of anyone she touches. WHich means, she can take Phoenix's powers, or Chun-li's, or Storms, or anyone else's. The only thing I don't like about Rogue is the goth look she has in "X-Men: Evolution"
