first: what is it good for ? i don't care for the rank under my name and lots of people around here does the same ! i really think getting the counter to ###### again won't do a single thing ! except to those little number of person that thinks otherwise !

second: being BANNED without even being warned is really MEAN. it's like being trown out of their jobs without a single warning like one of my friends ! and then we asked why, the boss sent him this is answer:"it is none of your business !"

no, i too want more discipline in here, but let's be realistic and not too MEAN with people who just wish to get back on track after the first warning ! i couldn't agree more to ban a person who has receive 2 warning and more but had continued to act stupid, but those with 1 warning and they turned to be ok...
