I didnt find modorating Senshuk all that hard.
I banned a couple of people...and those that remained in the forum appreciated it.

The monotinous task of reading EVERY post sucks though.
you often feel like you cant do it enough....but ya just cant stand going through the paces either.

And some days you just wish to hell everyone would get their act together and use the forums properly....just so you dont have to modorate.

Yes there is alot of "fame" that comes with being an Admin/Mod. But there is alot of responsibility as well. You have an entire community hanging on your every move and word. Ready to critisize your every action and scrutinize your every sentence.

Probably the most difficult part of being a Mod is knowing when to draw the line, "be a prick"...and punish/bann somebody for constant infractions of the forum rules.

No Admin or Mod "wants" to look like a hard ass. But lets face it some people are REALY stupid.
