Here is my argument against rap:

Rap makes no sense. 99.9% of the time you can't even figure out what they're saying (Outkast's "bombs over bagdad" is an example). Also, Rappers are a dime a dozen; there are so many rappers out there, and for the most part they all sound the same. Hell, they do all their music digitally, they don't even use any REAL instruments. And lyrics? Forget lyrics. Every other word or phrase in rap songs is either "what up" or "word up" or "yeah" or "huh" or "wazz up my nigga".

Rock, on the other hand, is pure talent. They play REAL instruments, and make GOOD music with UNDERSTANDABLE lyrics and GOOD beats. Making rock music requires A LOT of talent. Making rap "noise" requires next to none
