Charlie is a cheap imitation of Guile.
GUILE was made first.
GUILE invented da sonic boom.
GUILE was in da air force thing first.
CHARLIE is a cheap rip-off of guile.
CHARLIE'S voice is gay.
GUILE looks cooler.
Plus in da SNES one GUILE says:
ooh aw- ooh aw- ooh aw when he dies.
GUILE is all around better.
