well, as in the original game, you can start a dash by either hitting all 3 punches, or by pressing foward/backwards twice...
it maybe a bit tricky to do it now, but it shouldn't be much harder if u take 10 min to practice...
the super moves still take priority over dashes, which means, if u try to do super/hyper and instead u see a dash, in the "old" version of the game, u wouldn't see anything (since you didn't press the right combination).
using 2 punches instead of mashing all 3 helps quite a bit as well...
again, it all goes back to practice...
