If you're adding in this, Vegeta would probably fight against Goku if Jubilee or someone else said that he was weaker than Goku, and the only way to prove he was stronger would be to kill him. Vegetto, you'd be surprised how much that doesn't really say. Pheonix could reflect it, or Juggernaut could absorb it, or Onslaught could use his mind manipulation abilities to make the Z fighters forget how to use the attacks.
