Roll... this is the last thing I'm going to say here.

Capcom and Marval couldn't give a #### less about how much time TMyApp puts into the game.

If they see a way to either make money off it or that TMy's making money off it... they'll pounce on him like a business man on a heaping pile of money.. :biggrin:

TMyApp's labor creates the shockwave interface. That's what he/cyberfuturism owns. NOTHING more.

Therefore... if Capcom or Marvel decides to get angry and "pull the plug" then they can take EVERYTHING that's non-100% TMyApp coded (which would be the shockwave interface).

In a court of law, Capcom and/or Marvel would win in a lawsuit against cyberfuturism in little more then a whim. And could/would take away ALL sounds/graphics/anything REMOTELY X-Men or SF related.

In short, I forgot NOTHING.

Anyways... this is going off subject so I sugest you don't post a reply to this since I won't respond to any further posts about this particular matter.
