I agree with you Mr. He is a noob he will learn his way around here.He will show the elder members some respect.You older members no flaming unless told to do so :biggrin: Ahem if we don't teach them then who will.See my point we can't keep flaming them every time they make a mistake.We have to forgive most things and teach :biggrin:
