well ... where to start...

i've had quite a bit of time to think about all this... and the 1st thing that really came to my mind is all the crap that i had to take over the last year+ ...

let put bitching aside for a moment.... for all those who STILL remmemba the "old days"... i've started asking the users to help out with web hosting WAY BACK in October of 2k1... and i continued to ask for help (off and on) 8+ months after that... and u know what ?? no one replied... no one cared.... so... earlier this year... i just stoped asking...

it is the same thing that happend with the chat servers... people who wanted to help couldn't... and the rest just didn't/don't care...

well... this is the end result... i can try to only do so much ... but in the end... money makes the world go ground... so.. here we are...

... still... what pisses me off even more is the lack of support for the game community... i mean.. fine... we get those 35-40k hits each damn week... over 600 NEW USERS join each and every day.. and the chat servers are full pretty much around the clock no matter what... its great... the only problem is... thats not really support...

to me... this forum is the refelection of the community .. (it is the only place where everyone can reflect on everything they see and feel while playing the game)... and if u look @ the stats... we only have 6144 registered forum members.. and LESS THAN 100 of those post regularly.. thats <100 from over 210,000 registered members inside the actual game...

what does all that mean ?? well... people like the "quick fix" they get from the game.. they love to just drop by... play a few rounds.. and then leave (and pay nothing)... and u know what.. thats all fine... but even though they don't have to pay a dime ... they dont' even bother to taken a stinken minute to read the loading screen of the game... and/or read/post in a few threads on the forum... and those who DO these things... are mostly "bitching" about one thing or the other...

(it is interesting to see how this one thread got more replies than any other thread on the forum in just a few hours.. and yet, most of the posts are from people either bitching, or "giving up" on the game @ the very FIRST sign of problems... some loyalty eh ?? ) ...

anyway... thats just how i feel... here are some individual replies to the posts (in order they were read by me):

to all those who thanked me (without using sarcasm): if only u knew even the half of the s**t i had to either put up with, and deal with... and u know what... i'd deal with that again... and a hundred other problems without even think twice after read u'r posts and words of support... but as soon as i read the bitching (which is what ?? 40% of this thread ?? ) i just want to pull the plug
