one more thing:

plan properly. dont just say your holding a tornament in 2 or more months, there will be too many signed up people to manage and monitor.

think before you plan. dont just start a tornament. there has to be a type of tornament, like an all ryu or wolverine. and be creative. come up with a good prize that will attract attention, but dont say that the winner will get all characters unlocked.

unlike the fool who had sign up too short [bunmi, 2 hours to sign up], have sign up extended up to a week and a half. and its best to plan a tourney on friday or the weekend. and set a time zone if for a specific time.

do this right and you have a successful tornament.
