I believe a neutron cannon is the same cannon used in Austin Powers 2 (The Spy That Shagged Me).
Which Dr.Evil used to carve his face on the mountian of that movie. I believe the location was Ireland were Dr.Evil was located.

*SBYRD5 leaves the washing room to inform a solider about the Janitor hidden in his uniform*
