answer: NOOO !
reason: the iron in the blood is too small for any magnetism to affect it... try this. put an electo-magnet on your arm, will it stop your blood from doing his work ? no, because the iron is way too small for the magnetism to take affect !
it takes millions of atoms to create a single iron bulk that can be magnetised, in your blood, the iron travel atoms by atoms, and it cannot be magnetise when in the blood veins of someone !
so magneto wouldn't be able to do anything with the iron in the blood of someone !
wolverine is exceptionnal. before you ask i will give you the info. he has ADAMANTIUM SKULL that, magneto can control. reason ? it is in bulk and is way bigger than the bones of wolvie !
his adamantium skull weight is about 100lbs
do you understand now why you never saw him do it in the series or even in the comic books !
