Just a little better organized "clan wars" would have done the trick. I wasn't around for the clan wars because i had had a 6 month break...but i had noticed that it took unbelievably long and was frustrating for Dan Hibiki and whoever else was organizing everything. There can still be a use for clans if there are more clan battles. The first weekly clan battle was a total upset, but after a couple of weeks the registered members of clans will show up.Even though every clan has a leader, u don't take orders from him. He is just there to organize and keep the clan in order.
Senshuk wasn't a forum EXACTLY like this one. Although senshuk had a lot of #####, this forum has a far greater amount of #####.
Senshuk was meant to be a forum mostly for the organization of clans (to answer your last comment about quass sending people from this forum over to senshuk), but later became a forum just to hang out. I personally liked senshuk better than this forum, well, because it had less #####. I was shocked when i came back from vacation to find it shut down.
Clans are good for participating in tourney's AS A TEAM. Your opinion is that you can do anything on your own like joining a tourney by yourself and just fighting without other members beside you, but many, as i do, like fighting side by side along with friends.
