Kingryu & Luna: Go easy on the flaming... god (or whoever) knows there's plenty of it going around without you having to add to it.
Virus: Ok... I'll try to adress everything you're (or at least seem to be) upset about.
1. I am
not inviting useless posts. What I am doing is inviting freindly discussion. Notice that there are 50 posts and 465 views in this topic (more since I typed this statistic). Also note who is, and what people are saying. Do you notice how
many people are actually
discussing instead 2 or 3 people post cramming one liner's constantly. Feel free to go to a
real #### topic like that
"DX: join it" topic and post your "you're inviting useless posts" comments in there..
2. Anyone before my time?? Easily. People who joined in August and left before I joined. ewalk, Lordcyris, Cptnamerica, CHOASCRUSHER, ramziel, subzero565, Brainded, etc... And of course you need not anyone elses opinion if you know you're a vet (that's for dam sure). And personally... I don't give a dam about how many votes you, or anyone else gets, and I certainly have NOT seen anyone taunt ANYBODY with how many votes they've got. I'd
love for you to point out even
one instance where someone's going "showing off" how many votes they've got. The vote itself doesn't even matter to me... it's the discussion. And (at least most) of that isn't hate, and relatively interesting.
3. How many times do I have to appoligize on my and KidKrazypoop's behalf about the vet tourney?? If anything it should have been
more strict and you, along with many others in the feild who shouldn't have been allowed to participate...
As far as "what gives me the right to decided who's a vet," and "shouldn't TMy or a mod be in that position"? Oh.. I dunno.. maybe the fact that we were
HOSTING the damn tournament and the facts that TMyApp and the other mods
weren't hosting it (not to mention would have had TONS of better things to do then sit around, deciding who's supposed to be a vet or not). If you arn't happy with that fact... you're
more then welcome to just
try and host your own tournament, let alone go to the trouble of hosting a "vet only" tournament, not to mention put up with all the bitchin' you'll get from even attempting to discern "vets" from non.
I'm not about to get into another "who's a vet" debate with you, since,
1. I don't want this thread to get that far off topic.
2. Because it's pretty obvious that's the entire reason for your multiple complaints.
And with that I consider this whole over-continued bitchin' about how we judged you and others in registration for the VT2002 closed (at least on this topic, so don't bring it back up again).
4. And on a final note... I can only hope you expand upon those "means to get more respect" since that's been obvious to me since the begining.
Thank you, come again..
