The first time i say his rank....im like " Whoa " this guy's something else........but ahh big loser....with no skill......i played him 1 on 1....(which he sucks on) i was half teh way on life....one blow and he would have been dead....and he leaves....( his level reaches 3) he returns......and does the super hadoken 3 times....which killed my poor ryu brutally (and my rank went down to 35 again
