The ranking system cant change unless it was a super ranking system. A system so powerful that it could tell if someone quit a game(so the lose wouldnt count) and make the person who quit actually lose points instead of nothing happening. A system that could tell if u played the same noob over and over that u wouldnt get any points for it. So basically the system cant be changed. I guess the only way to make a noticable difference to the noob killers would be to give very few points for rank 300+(like 2.5 points) 200-299(like 4.5 points) 50-199(like 6 points) and 11-50(like 8 points) and 1-10(like 20 points). Now this is just a system i made up that would be very hard for ppl to kill noobs all day and catch up with the top ppl.
