i cant fight!!!

whenever i quick match,it never loads
whenever i host a game,i cant see any one and when i type it doesnt come up.
whenever i try to join a game it says check your ip/port.
MY IP PORT I FINE!!!

dubya tee eff is the problem,its been happening for 2 days now...
