Okay understand this

Tier means how much a characters dominates

Rank means where your placed

Let's say if I were fighting back in the day(during ToC1), against McBeth when he was in 1st place... who would win in a best of 5 match?

rank only means where your placed, not how well you dominate, theres a really huge difference.
